D’Juan Wilcher Bio

Previously, Wilcher served as senior vice president at Associated Bank, where he advanced economic empowerment and supplier diversity strategies, and as regional director for the Travis Manion Foundation, where he expanded character development and youth mentorship programming in Chicago and the greater Midwest region. In uniform, he led sailors at sea, trained recruits at Naval Station Great Lakes, and represented the U.S. Navy in multinational operations.

In addition to his professional roles, Wilcher is a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a member of the Truman National Security Project, and serves on advisory councils for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy’s Military Veterans Index. He's also an active member of IU's Black Philanthropy Circle. Wilcher's leadership has been recognized with national honors, including the George W. Bush Presidential Scholar designation, the Milken Institute Military Fellowship, and recognition by Poets & Quants’ “Best and Brightest MBAs.” 

Raised in Gary, Ind., Wilcher earned his MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in addition to his degree from the College. He lives in Dallas with his wife, Diondra, and their three sons.
